Setting Up Outlook 2003 to use Stationary1. You must have the custom email already coded in HTML... this is not a tutorial on how to create an HTML template. It is assumed you already have an HTML Template File stored on your computer (or network) somewhere. You'll need it later. 2. Go to Tools -> Options -> Mail Format tab. 3. To setup stationary, you must select HTML as your default message format. (This is a bug) You don't have to keep it there (I personally use Plain Text for everything) but it must be set there to go further. Select Stationary Picker
4. To setup a new stationary, click New
5. Type the name of the Stationary (Template) in the name, then select "Use this file as a template" and then Browse to the location where the HTM/HTML file is stored. Click Next.
6. The "Edit Stationary" box comes up next. Leave the "Message font" and "Background" settings alone (Those should be hard coded into the HTML template that you uploaded.) Click OK.
7. To create a new message, go to Actions -> New Mail Message Using -> More Stationary. (Once you used a stationary, Outlook keeps the latest few of them in your history.) For the first time use, you have to first find it.
8. Select the new stationary you wish to use.
