It ain't GoDaddy, but it's just as generic looking
and we won't clutter our pages with the junk that you won't know how to use anyway.

Outgoing mail server

If the outgoing mail server fails, then you have to use your local ISP to send your mail.  (This is becoming more common these days, as network administrators and ISP's are tightening down on mail servers to help prevent spam.) Some popular ones are:

  • smtp.sbcglobal.yahoo.com
  • smtp.west.cox.net
  • smtpauth.peoplepc.com
  • smtpauth.earthlink.net

This information can be found with your ISP (Dial-up, Cable, DSL) provider or by visiting their website. For a detailed technical description, feel free to view this reference http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/assistance/HA011128331033.aspx

Go to advanced settings, and select "Log On Using" information.  NOTE: This username and password is given to you by your ISP, not by Total Pro Hosting.
